Avocado salad with red onion

Serves 2. In a salad bowl, put:

  • 150g salad leaves, 2 sliced avocados, 1 finely sliced red onion,
    250g cherry tomatoes cut in half, 200g crumbled feta cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Make the dressing separately: 6 tablespoons of olive oil,
    2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a teaspoon of mustard.
